Solid African Iroko Floating Shelf | The 'African Teak' Artisan Ledge

Hand-Built in our Nottinghamshire Workshop | Limited Edition Run

If you are looking for a shelf that can survive the steam of a bathroom or the heavy-duty demands of a chef’s kitchen, you’ve found it.

Handcrafted from 100% Solid African Iroko, this timber is legendary for its high oil content and density. Often referred to as "African Teak," Iroko is naturally resistant to moisture, making it the most durable life-proof timber in our workshop.

The Artisan Build

The 'Teak' Standard: Iroko features a stunning, rich golden-brown hue that deepens and develops character over time. It’s heavy, dense, and built to last generations.

Industrial Foundation: Every shelf is paired with professional-grade Black Lipped Brackets. These aren’t just for show they provide an industrial aesthetic while ensuring your heavy cookbooks and stoneware stay exactly where you put them.

The Moisture Guard: Because Iroko is naturally oily, it is the gold standard for high-humidity environments. From luxury bathrooms to coffee stations, this shelf won't flinch at a bit of steam.
