At Forest & Fable, we take immense pride in our handcrafted furniture and decor. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a generous 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

1. Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Because custom-built furniture (such as bespoke sized inbuilt furniture and custom paneling) is made entirely to unique specifications, these specific items are non-refundable unless structurally defective.

2. Return Shipping Costs

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover 100% of the return costs. Please contact us with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a collection or provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.

• Change of Mind or Mistaken Orders: If you change your mind or ordered an item by mistake, you are fully welcome to return it within 30 days. In these cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
